Once upon an autumnal day, I made this wintry mood board with the theme, ‘Nurture’. It encouraged us during our snowy days, including this morning, to stretch, soften, rest, heal, and dream.

By noon, this helpful aid had been dismantled and carefully arranged into my personal scrapbook to be remembered with tenderness.

Each page of cosy slumbering rooms and ladies reminds us to be gentle and hibernate when the air turns cold.

Looking back at this season, I can reconnect to how much we needed rest, rich velvety imagery, candlelight, and soft lush beds to extend hours of sleep upon each night until balance was restored.
Amor Milagre Spring 2025 Mood Board
Now bare, the lavender linen board awaits the freshness of spring’s greens and first petals. Soft layers of ruffled organic cotton pajamas for cosy family game nights and sunny weekend mornings spill out with newly trimmed edges. First buds, sprouts, and blossoms thrill me. Lambs are a favourite darling theme, here at Rose Cottage.
The main theme for our upcoming spring this year is still ‘Nurture’, but I’m adding in ‘Harmony’. Like a spell, you can add in and design your mood board in any way you like. Sensing it every day, like studying, affects your decisions in a sweet, natural way. We strengthen, grow in new directions, find the sun again, unravel illnesses, and root down for a deeper balance. Fresh air and exercise are at the top of the menu, as we’ve been struggling like bulbs striving for real air under a pile of neighbour air/sound/vibration pollution. We’re seeking out spaces to breathe and grow in strength and beauty. This is something our entire world needs, too: Regrowth of Green Goodness and Clean Air, Scented in Petals and Dancing to Songs of Roaming Brooks, untethered by anything causing harm. It’s time to Live.

These first blooms now accompany me at my desk whilst new books are edited and lessons are enjoyed. Our atelier/homeschool library feels more like the melting snowflakes outside the window, soft and dewy. Soon, green fuzzy leaves will replace the icicles and unfurl exciting adventures with Nature.
I find it comforting to know what we need and to visualize it. I use this process for designing homes, fashion, and everything really. It’s fun, so have a go! Pinterest is a good place to start: save, print, and cut out. I prefer this screen-free way of manifesting my goals. The Law of Attraction, and of energy, is very real. What are you focusing on this season?
Shop Update: I’ll be releasing some sweet baby animal watercolour Art Prints this March. These children’s book illustrations are featured in my Green Witch Tales series, which is a part of the seriesThe Bewitching Tales of Ellary Eden. We love these stories! I hope your little ones do, too!
Until then…

Amor Milagre Journalling Self Care Daily/Weekly Practice
Once I reserve time to sit down and write in my journal, more than one page is filled in no time. The soul, body, and entire Self desires to be heard, to feel appreciated, and to suggest plans for future days.
Amor Milagre Journalling Self Care Daily/Weekly Practice
I love adding seasonal stickers to the blank page, lending a bit of fun and magic to tomorrow’s expressions.

Knowing your inner world makes all the difference in your outer world.
Amor Milagre Journalling Self Care Daily/Weekly Practice
Snuggling up with tea and my journal helps me to feel safe, cosy, loved, and adored. All ideas are welcome. All complaints are allowed, and they are considered clues. I listen. I reread. I learn. I change. I plan positive ideas to try out tomorrow, next week, month, and year. Journalling, I find, is key for positive parenting. I also leave breadcrumbs in these books for older babies to follow and understand younger days. Sharing your feelings matters, not only to you, but to those who are trying to support and love you. Answering all of those questions you have is a valuable use of time. There is time in the day, if reserved. Unplug. Write life down. I love being surprised by what falls out onto the page.
Amor Milagre Journalling Self Care Daily/Weekly Practice
In future seasons, I will release a collection of guided journals. I find this practice simply helpful and want to share it with you. Taking time to get to know your days and inner self makes all the positive difference for a lifetime of peace, healing, and self-love.
We teach little ones to journal, too. And, of course, they love the stickers! What fun it is to play journal-ist of the self… (Sorry, I made a Papa joke.)
Make sure to set aside time to rest, heal, and recharge. Love, ~ Amor Milagre
Amor Milagre Stay Well Get Well Ginger Lemon Tea Self Care Daily Practice
Rainy early spring days are no exception for practicing my daily tea routine of grated ginger root and lemon. Transitions in weather are some of the best times to bolster health. This simple way to get well and stay well is magical for us, even for the someone here who doesn’t like tea. This may be the shortest recipe in my upcoming organic vegan cookbook, but it just might be the most positively impactful. The other like it is our weekly vegetable soup. Boosted up by these two, we feel a bit stronger each day. We don’t wait to eat healthy foods until we are ill, but enjoy this practice daily. This helps us to feel like we are doing all we can to stay well, and more…with detailed homeschool health lessons. Learning about what ails you can help you to heal yourself. Playing detective and solving these troubling riddles makes a world of difference over the course of a week and a lifetime. Stay well, Love ~ Amor Milagre
Amor Milagre Stay Well Get Well Ginger Lemon Tea Self Care Daily Practice. *Tip: Use safe stainless steel and glass strainers, not plastic, to prevent more microplastic invasions. Just grate in a bit of organic ginger root, add lemon and warm water…et voila! Sip and enjoy… (Adjust amounts for your unique body’s system.)
This is that time of year when the bookcases and closets need a bit of a tidying up. Clothes need sorting and unwanted items are sold off. Room for new possibilities, and just for breathing, is on the menu, here at Rose Cottage. The robins are dotting the apple trees, icicles drip, and we’re planning new adventures, albeit small and local.
This March, I’m illustrating my children’s books, editing my novels, and releasing my wax seal stickers, fresh and hot from the stamper. Soon, the first seeds of the garden will be planted. The summery pajamas will be refreshed and put onto the shelves, ready for spring fae bedtimes. Once our mounds and tunnels of white disappear, enriching the soil, the tulips and daffies will stretch up to the sun as we do in our daily yoga practice.
Already, early as it is for our spring here, the animals are showing excitement. Every bug is coming out of the bark to sense the new air. We dearly hope our neighbours do not repeat their pollution this year. We need nature and have much to do in the gardens. Gardening is a pleasure. It provides organic food for our family. It’s exercise. It’s everything. We find it intensely healing to sit with nature, to listen to her song. As the world turns more violent, every soul must thaw their anger. It’s always a good time for peace.
Plant seeds of goodness, Darlings. Love, ~Amor Milagre

Amor Milagre Handmade Wax Seal Stickers Custom Stamps
Good Evening. Welcome to my atelier from this morning’s joyous work.
My newest collection, custom hand-pressed wax seal stickers, will release soon. I am overjoyed with these unique jewels! This time travelling artist sighs in the comfort of designing my own custom seal stamps. I revel in the colours and the transitions when two hues swirl together into a beautiful romantic pattern.
The importance of homemade art is not only evident in the bliss it brings to the one doing it, but also in the practice of going to museums to awe at those who have expressed their lives of feelings and stories. (Is there a regular charge or admittance for daily tours to enter/study mass-produced products in stores/factories? Does anyone brag to friends at parties about knowing and acquiring an assembly line robot’s daily work? I suppose there are some rather dull electronics that get screen junkies jazzed up. Are there auction houses selling mass produced t-shirts or mugs for devastating prices? I hope not, but I don’t know because I love being home, making things with my hands.)
You can sense clues of the SOUL in fine chisel work, indented to look like pressure on marble skin. You can muster up tips from deducing how colours were mixed, with what kind of tools, and applied to what material? What was the idea? How could anyone, even the artist, even know? What were they feeling? How do I feel sensing art? How exquisite it is to ask questions, to be interested! Art is full of mysteries…mostly never solved, often speculated about, but still very much loved and interesting on a mass scale. To appeal to a crowd, people do not have to bring home identical objects. That is not special. People love ‘one of a kind’ because each person is one of a kind. People are intuitively drawn to, and love, themselves. I design my growing garden of collections to remind everyone that they are special and wonderful because they are the only one like them. A soul cannot be replicated. These seals are each completely different and there is no way to make them the same. I love that. My hands pulse because I’m alive. Auras fog air. Nothing is ‘perfect’, and that is beautiful. The lovely thing about the process of making artwork, music, anything…is that you are connecting to your inner self, and through you, you connect to every piece of dust in this universe. Art is meditation. Art can bring peace to all. We are all art.
My artwork, and especially these wax seals, can be sensed in various ways. The giver, the receiver, the textures and visuals alone, and the past are all present within each hand-crafted piece. Making handmade artwork inspires more art, in every direction, for the artist and anyone who comes into contact with it. Collectors will adore the attention to detail woven throughout my collections. These seals appear in my books, logos, and packaging. Since everything is connected, I hope you have a ball finding the breadcrumbs I’m leaving behind for you all…breadcrumbs of hope, love, empathy, and peaceful possibilities. Wax seal stickers can be applied to journals, books, and stationery. Check my shop and this journal soon to see how I’ve included these seals into my stationery collection.

New packaging includes hand-embossed seal stickers with a darling Amor Milagre Bunny design, in gold and white. For me, bunnies are symbols of hope, hopping around, spreading love. My first childhood friends were real garden bunnies, tiny brown ones. They’d sit and chat with me for a spell. I am endlessly inspired by nature, and there are quite a few bunnies grazing about in my shop, keeping me company. More Bunny Books are coming soon!
Care and artisan craft goes into every order. I design to give something special. These stickers are being sweetly placed into every one of my signed first edition books! Now, and years from now, these timeless capsules will bring smiles, I hope, to the finder! Children know the best things to be excited about. I pay attention to, and remember myself, what excites children. They love magic. They love Love. It is the most important thing, love. Magic is just love, loving possibilities for the every day. I paint in, write in, emboss in, and seal in magic to all of my little trinkets for the universe. I send magic to you now. Did you feel it? Are you smiling? At least inside? Ok… we’ll practice that… Magic takes practice, for some, so that is why I’m so focused on magical details. Breadcrumbs of golden star and silver moon dust…to follow back to your own beautiful soulful expressions. You have much positivity to share…just remember you do, and you do.

Small companies are hardly seen in this modern greed-based world, which means that magic and love are not as readily available to inspire positive childhoods and days for all ages. I’ll never stop painting, writing, and making things by heart. Real art is what makes a life’s work fulfilling, meaningful, and worth the time and energy it takes to craft by hand. It’s not only about the end result, but it’s also about what the artist puts into their pieces. How they feel affects how you feel. I feel at peace when I work. I send that peace to you.

Not only is this time-honoured tradition beautiful in result, but the process is thoroughly soothing to practice and unwind into each week. My custom stamp designs will release every season. This new Rainy Day Umbrella for spring joins my previous Amor Milagre company logos-Loving Home and Empathic Goddess in my collection release. I plan to grow these options for all occasions. This is just too much fun to stop at three! *Close-ups of these intricate designs will be visible soon on product pages once listed.

Handmade art lends itself naturally to accidentally making more art in the process. These gorgeous wax drips can easily lead me to something new, just as Pollock’s drizzles became a monumental serendipitous moment in the studio and Van Gogh’s loaded brushes scraped and carved out a new style of painting to feel movement from texture. I have some plans for these stringy gloopy beauties… My family has peeked in to marvel at these elemental shapes and shines. Their first copies of my books have all been adorned with Mamma’s special wax seal designs. I write for us and for you. I can see these metallic orbs formulating now…melting their way into a story or ten, too.
Until then, Express & Love Authentically (and with your Senses) ~Amor Milagre
