Welcome and Happy Early Valentine’s Day!
Today, our focus is on balance and inner peace.
Although our family reserves space and time in our daily routine for meditation and down-time, now is our time of a great unwinding. Now that the diapers are no longer needed and our renovations are mostly complete, we are relearning how to be….just be. This calm has been our goal for many years. We desperately needed it, and now we need to heal the times when we did not have it.
We listen to the snowy silence. Projects are still going over weekends and afternoons, trying to finish up bits here and there. It’s nothing like that tightly scheduled, goal-oriented push we had to survive each day. It’s not easy to juggle so many aspects of life, and the struggle makes one ill for the long term. If everyone maintained their homes and kept things clean and up to code, buying a new house would be much less stressful. The prices of every modern thing in our world make no sense. The priorities of our world are not what they need to be to keep women and children safe. Everyone needs a safe, healthy home. Everyone needs a daily routine that they can do and manage well. Wellness is the priority.
Whole health and wellness have always been my focus. Now, with a spec of sleep in the well of a sleep deficit, I can more easily work on my sea of beautiful ideas. I am to release many new books, art series, stationery, and design reveals as I am able to do so. I am no longer rushing, so they will be slower to release than in previous years, but the more natural flow and quality will show a more finished result.
As a mother, a homeschool teacher, and a company owner, juggling and organising an ever-evolving daily schedule is necessary. Taking time within the rounds to repeat deep breaths, yoga, dance, and nature walks is the key. I have even designed various guided journals and storybooks to help you all with these daily tricks to a balanced life. These tips help our family with time management and emotional awareness. This new collection will release later on as I am in my unwinding time right now….the great unwinding that we each need after decades of ‘getting by’ and unnecessary stress, illness, and trauma. Our world is a mess, and is in denial about it.
WHEN we each become aware of ourselves to the point of self-peace then true global feminism can help our world to become a safer, calmer, more enjoyable place to be our true authentic selves. True feminism means having the best interest of all people, supporting and respecting each other with empathy and non-violence. Women and children need a safe world. Peace is possible. Observe and listen. Let things come to the surface, sit with them, sort them, and move on. Meditate on Inner and Outer Peace. We can choose love every moment. Wishing you a peaceful, self-loving day.
