Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it. It must be in the original packaging and in the same condition it was received. If damaged upon receipt, please email pictures; contact me here with the information first. Once I receive the returned item, I will issue a refund at my discretion based on the condition of the item. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable. No returns for audiobook digital downloads.
When you request a return by sending a message here, a return shipping email will be sent to you. A pre-paid merchandise return label will be included in the email. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the amount of your return (non-refundable). See our company mailing address above for reference.
Custom Orders
Processing time for creating a custom order and shipping it out depends on the order queue, but is generally processed quickly for your convenience. Custom orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. They are not returnable and are considered final sales. Please ask any questions you have before ordering.
