Breathe Fresh Air for Cell Health, Anti-Cancer Diet & Healing Illness Naturally

Breathe in and out. Fresh air for your lungs, cells, and everywhere. Even your hair and skin soften in real air. Unpolluted winds refresh and boost the immune system and promote healthier sleep patterns. Cancer is another illness, a word, a warning sign, that something is not right. There is a lack of oxygen, fresh natural air, and a healthy balance that stems from all directions from the physical to mental to soul. For all of the illnesses I have overcome, fresh air and quietness were prominent factors in healing and prevention. Massive life changes heal. Removing stressors is key. Eat organic plants. Live unplugged and in natural light. Don’t fight illness. Heal it. Imagine not having to overcome illness in the first place. Imagine systems and professionals who help and are compensated for real improvements. Transitions into health and basic needs heal. Connect with Mamma Nature, for she knows, just as the body knows, how to balance and restore. I don’t believe any matter feels healthy boxed in, sealed up, or contained and separated from Nature. Let animals and plants shine in the sun. The universe needs to get back to Nature. Healthy air, clouds, soil, and water make our food, our Life. Let’s protect and respect Nature and ourselves. Everything you do, be aware. Small scale and large scale, and endless time scale. Is this helping or hurting?

Moving forward, our home and health designs require clean, fresh, natural air without the consent or influence of others. Our past and current designs did as well, but when depending on surrounding environments and people, intentions are frustrated into more illness. If you can’t open a window to rejuvenate your home, it’s time to dance over to a fresh field and start anew. When your voice is unheard or not understood, unstick, let go, move on, and remove yourself from negativity. This idea works in many ways and planes for healthy living. Begin again, tiring I know, but this time, with the knowledge that you can have what you need, when you make it so. Make sure your surroundings match your needs. Pause anything or anyone that doesn’t allow you to have your needs. First take care of you. This excerpt is from my self-health book collection. How are you? Are you filling up with Love from within? Do you know Love is always there for you? Are you listening for the unbalance? Are you surrounding yourself with basic needs for wonderful health and Love? Are you breathing in good energy? Know that you are Love. Be yourself. Be Love!

Start small and crack a window, take a walk all bundled up, write letters and use your voice for change, and practice breathing deeply and gently.

Be aware to not go from one abuse to another. Humans, let’s break the vicious cycle and start a new one of kindness, especially for people in need of a healthy change. Unlearn abuse, fear, and judgement. Learn Love. Protect babies of all ages 0-1000. Teach compassion and all can be well in harmony, respect, and consideration. Strive for healthy communication and live in the peace of it. There is room for everyone in this universe. Humans made the lines. Nature grows everywhere, embracing all life. Man can take down their emotional borders and let Love go in and out. We send Love, strength, and hope out into the Universe all the time so that this energy will travel to anyone who needs it. Feel it in your heart. Everyone can do something to help. Let’s use our voices for helpful Peace.

Printed on FSC Certified and approved sustainably harvested and processed paper, 100% post consumer recycled, ethical, legal papers using zero waste printing & non-toxic ink. Amor Milagre uses only matte paper for pages and covers, choosing not to use toxic gloss film coatings. Thread binding and ribbon bookmarks are certified organic cotton. The ribbons are coloured with an organic, natural, non-toxic, vegetable dye and colour-coordinated for each book series.

All books are made to order and handmade with Love by Amor Milagre. From the spark of the initial story idea to the sending off of these gifts to you, every book is lovingly invented by one gentle person, Amor Milagre. The original book illustrations are hand drawn and painted on certified watercolor paper, which is firstly hand measured and cut. Original artwork and art prints of the book illustrations are exclusively available to purchase here in The Shop at Dove Cottage. Writing, illustrations, book layout, publication, and assembly are all mindfully done by Amor Milagre.
