Seeds and blocks spell our universe…what stories shall we write today? With each step, thought, and breath we allow, we create our reality. Express the findings of your heart, after listening intently by it, nearing an unguarded light, uncloaked in pure Love for the Universe! Every plant stem and leaf, every bite of food we eat, every laugh or look can be loving. Who needs your eye crinkles and laugh lines today? Who needs a helping hand? Who needs to remember LOVE is everywhere? Look in the mirror and give back Love to your Soul, then with clear senses, you can ask if others need any help. What do they need? It is about them, so listen with the heart to follow what words often do not translate. Everyone is reachable because everyone is connected in Love.
What we ingest, we project. Sort and untangle. Shed lifetimes of negativity. What is the essence? Let it shine! Positive changes are needed to help all. What can we each do today? Little things add up to big changes, but awareness of the light and shade cast on all is vitally important to notice. Forethought is key. Practice being mindful of energy. What are the immediate and long term effects…small and big picture? Balance all with Love!

I love market day! There are so many fresh organic plant foods in every colour, texture, and flavour. A new day, a new recipe! My upcoming vegan organic cookbooks will release soon. Renovating is an important step for us to feel settled, productive, and healthy. It is also very important for this chef, and any little chefs in training, to have a functioning, serene kitchen to marvel at Nature’s beauty and to combine lovely flavours together. When we eat well, we feel well, and do well.

Designer Tip of the Day: When hanging art frames containing glass, be mindful of the reflections it will cause. Set the pictures on the wall at the right height and in the right spot to avoid glare. For example, a reflective glass frame can go on side walls, not opposite your view when seated on a sofa, chair, or bed. Soothe your senses with healthy design!
