We have a laundry room! It is also a full bath, and though it looks small, it was a tiny fraction of this before the renovation with only a little sink, toilet, and a door. We used a closet and the back entry space combined with the old 1/2 bath to make a little laundry-shower haven. Contained back here, these walls help the house to be much quieter so we can focus and relax. The new sustainable flooring is clean and warm. When we garden and get into muddy messes, this shower is ready for us, keeping the rest of the house much cleaner. After a decade of building/renovating, this space lends a very much needed ease to our daily rounds for clean laundry is quite the luxury. Having bathrooms for everyone also helps to keep our Rose Cottage peaceful as well. I believe that Mrs. Tiggywinkle would appreciate my sensitive designs for this room. Amor Milagre Bathroom Laundry Renovation Interior Design. This old back space was included in our redesign. We removed and added walls, redid the flooring and heating. The old sink space is where the machines are now, and the new floating sink with custom cabinetry was moved to the left, with a custom medicine cabinet-mirror.
