I love dancing, playing piano and guitar, and singing…and after you haven’t had them near in ages, it’s all the more beautiful. Even without the floor and keys, even without a voice, the mind can play any time or place. Use the air. Imagine it. Nothing planned, no steps or sheets to follow, just play. Hear the notes? Feel the movement? Ramble along, wander, get lost in the senses of them entangling together…
Evening Kitchen Dancing, Custom Interior Design by Amor Milagre. Nightgowns are my favourite dancewear. Never pointe…but a safe balance of ballet and yoga…just dance barefoot. Our new cosy mats and runner rug all layered up feel cushioned and healthy for plies, cat/cows, and cooking/dishes, too. Stretch….and feel better…feel the vibration of the piano and violin strings…so alive…

Evening Kitchen Dancing, Custom Interior Design by Amor Milagre. Getting tomorrow’s cooks ready and dreaming up new oil paintings for large wall spaces in this new cottage kitchen. Prints of these paintings will be in my shop once made.
Now that we have finished our new kitchen, I continue my evenings of dancing there, with a farmhouse sink ledge for a barre, moving towards the soft notes and crickets.
I found some soothing piano by Joep Beving to add to my favourites. Hope you enjoy it, too!
