Entrance and unwind your senses by mixing up some organic plant-based oils and waters together for daily nutrients and healthy, happy skin. You are a delicate flower. Soften… Simple and true, using a minimal amount of product allows fresh oxygen to heal and breathe into your skin. A light layer and gentle massage improves circulation and teaches your hands and mind self-compassion. This repetitive positive attitude builds a strong thought about how you care for your body and how you dance through the world. Start Love within and see it through with every choice from food to relationships to environments and all. When beauty products are sustainably harvested and purely made, they can heal and enhance everyone’s unique beauty. Researching ingredients, brands, processes, sources, and asking questions to sellers improves your knowledge of what you allow in your beautiful body. This also teaches companies that customers care greatly about everything, and they can help by not harming. Getting back to Nature in every way is healthy for all aspects of living. I use the products below for skin, hair, and some of them for cooking, too. Lovely inside and out! Look into products before using them, check labels to see their intended use and make, and that added sense of honouring the body will relax you into more health benefits beyond bodily layers. Your soul will feel respected and Loved. What do you adore? A matching book for this post is coming up soon! XOXO ~Amor Milagre
Adore yourself, because you are adorable!

Sea Buckthorn Oil, Hand Cream, Tea
Lavender Essential Oil, Used Diluted as a Drop in a Bath or in a mixture of carrier oils such as the above. (If pregnant or nursing, avoid this essential oil. The others above were very helpful during maternity. More on this is coming up).
