Wash the day off, unwind the senses, and you may find a balanced mind and body rising to the surface. Let go of impurities, embrace goodness, and deep airy waves of breath circulate and lift you up to see the view you were always privy to: your unique and pure state of real love. Be there always. Stay forever. Be purely you!
An oatmeal bath for baby and me is softening and gentleness. Wrap organic oats in a permeable cloth, such as this organic cotton baby cloth, and tie a knot one way, and then another way. Drop the bundle gently into a warm bath, gaze at the clouds outside and in your mind, watch them clear to see a lovely sky of beautiful colours and fresh air. Let the bundle dry out and shake the oats into the compost bin. Carefully rise, as this creaminess can be a little slippery. Rinse your tub, with no mess, just soft nourished skin and a calmer nervous system. Continue on, after your bath, walking, talking, and thinking in beautiful softness. (For showers: Make/buy organic oatmeal soap bars for the same soft skin feeling.) Being in water can be reflective, soothing, and connects us to the natural world.
