Sweet Green Soup
A sweet, nourishing soup on a blustery day delights and comforts.
Non-GMO, organic, fresh, local, vegan ingredients:
Blend up: A pan of roasted asparagus (lightly seasoned with pink salt and freshly ground pepper, 20-30 minutes in a 350 degree F oven), a few cups each of steamed peas and corn (fresh, but frozen works very well, too), and some water to your preference of consistency. Serve warm and enjoy!
