We started a new family tradition called ‘Birthday Week’, and we had a blast living out a lovely little plan of wishes that came gently true. (Next year, we’ll build in even more resting time, as celebrations take lots of energy, especially for empaths and highly sensitive people, big and small.) When you make a wish on your birthday, and you blow out the candle, don’t forget to tell your wishes, so they will happen. Tell: yourself in the mirror, your friends, family, and your journal, so they may remind you and help you be in the place you want to be…purely you. Don’t wait for your birthday to do all the things you love!
