It contains vitamin C, dietary fiber, potassium, molybdenum, manganese, copper, phosphorus, folate, calcium, pantothenic acid, magnesium, iron, and niacin. Asparagus is a great source of folate, fiber, vitamins A, C, E and K, as well as several minerals. It is rich in protein. They taste wonderful together!

In a large skillet, add washed & chopped asparagus and fennel bulb. Add some water, pepper, and a lid. Steam until al dente. Eat as is or blend for a soup!
