Eggs & Bacon
The simple classic, eggs & bacon, done organically. It’s been hard to find organic bacon and we’re thrilled to have this familiar favourite for a family brunch before a busy day. We added some of our newly grown lettuce sprouts for fresh greens (allow children to grow seeds on a window sill), and we made some little sandwiches with the cheese puffs. Great for home meals or entertaining using the components as chic mini sandwiches.

Non-GMO, organic, local, free range, grass-fed ingredients:
Eggs (1 per person), Smoked Uncured Bacon Ends
In a frying pan, cook the bacon and turn until crispy. Plate bacon and cook eggs in bacon grease until done and plate with bacon, cheese puffs, and lettuce.
