A beautiful view and a lovely place to visit are appreciated year round. Join us, in May, for an amazing experience of the senses, an outdoor art class, here on the beach.
Parmigiano Reggiano Fish
Non-GMO, organic, local, free range, grass-fed ingredients:
Ask your butcher “What is your most sustainable fish right now?”
This is a Wild Caught Hake, Maine.
Dot with butter or drizzle olive oil lightly over 2-3 fillets of sustainable white fish on a large cookie sheet. (A reusable pan liner helps keep clean up easy and fast.) Pepper and season to taste. Grate 1/2 C Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese over the fish. Cook at 350 degrees until done and fish flakes easily with a fork. Ours took ~15 minutes. Serve hot with lightly steamed veggies and a salad (grate cheese over the salad too.) Store any leftovers in a glass dish with lid.
This is a wonderful meal/snack for anyone. For babies, remove bones and check for allergies as usual.
