Garlic Vegetable Snack for Baby and Me
This quick and simple health-boosting dish is perfect to make when you come home from an outing, especially if you were in contact with a lot of germs or sick people/children. Garlic, green onions, and celery are major super foods and perfect for combatting the common cold and everything else. (Seen here with our Spice Cake.)
Non-GMO, organic, local, free range, grass-fed ingredients:
Slice up garlic, green onion, and celery. Add 1-2 tbsp of unsalted butter to a pan on low and add veggies. Lightly salt and pepper. Add any vegetables you like. Add a lid and stir every 2 minutes, so garlic doesn’t burn. Check if you can easily cut a piece of celery with your spatula or wooden spoon. Cook until tender yet al dente. Plate and serve (with grated hard cheese if you like.) Enjoy this sweet little snack!
