Non-GMO, organic, local, free range, grass-fed ingredients:

Eggs, Kefir, Hard Cheese, Tomato, Salt + Pepper.  If you have fresh basil, tear some over the scrambled eggs when ready to serve.

Low heat in a skillet.  Cook until done, but still moist.  Turn so fluffy.  Take off heat and top with fresh basil or other herbs if you like.

Add anything you like in for a fast, nutritious meal.  (Leftover ground meat and veggies are great in this.)

We use 1-2 eggs per person, depending how hungry everyone is, and what other sides there are in the meal.  Scrambled eggs are a great pregnancy food.  2 eggs a day is often recommended.
