Wild Blueberry French Toast

Note from 7-16: We don’t make/use bread or sugar in our cooking anymore to improve our health. The blueberries are still of course ok!
Mix a few eggs, dash of kefir, splash of vanilla, and sprinkle of saigon cinnamon. Dip bread on both sides into mixture and place in a warm skillet of butter or non stick. Flip and cook on the other side and plate. In a small saucepan, add the amazing full of flavor wild blueberries with a few tbsp of water…heat up until becomes a syrup. Pour generously over the french toast. Cook the berries and the toast at the same time so you eat it when steaming hot. Perfect start to a Sunday with our family or for a cozy breakfast-for-dinner meal.
These berries were picked our wild, back yard. They are small but bursting with flavor.
