Steamed Fish and Broccoli on the Grill

The grill can cook really anything, even brownies! To make a steam pocket for the fish, use foil and place fish in the center. Pepper, salt if you like, drizzle of olive oil. Squeeze a fresh lemon’s juice all over the fish. Fold over the top and pinch ends tightly. Place whole pocket on the grill. Place a pot on the side burner. Add broccoli and a bit of water. Place a lid on the top. Go lay in the hammock and rest for 7 or so minutes. Drain broccoli and place on a plate. Carefully remove pocket from the grill and open to release steam. Place on plate and share a fresh, healthy dinner. One with nature inside and out. Light…natural flavors. Take a light walk after this light dinner. Feels good!
