My favorite breakfast this season:  Whole Milk Yogurt, Cinnamon, Fresh Berries, Hard Boiled Egg with a sprinkle of natural sea salt and black pepper.  Takes three minutes to assemble, leaving more time to enjoy this fresh start to your day.   High in protein and kid friendly.  The lilacs are a bit late, but still smell just as sweet.  The lilac scent flavors any food you eat just by being around it.  This week is a time for sifting and shifting.  Everything is transformed, our new life of natural beauty and grand adventures.
